You can manage and optimize the usage of lists in your account, leading to enhanced data management practices and improved overall performance. The list governance page lists all the lists in your Kissflow account, along with when they were created and who created them.
Selecting a list takes you to a detailed page that shows you the list creator and date of creation. You can learn more about the list from the following sections.
Admins
In this section, you can see all the admins in a list and their roles. This information allows for thorough monitoring and control of privileged access, ensuring that only authorized personnel can make administrative changes or access sensitive data in the list.
Flows looked up to
You can view a list of flows that can look up data from a specific list from the Flows looked up to section. Data from this list is exposed to the flows that look up this list.
