The My items page lets you quickly access the list of items created by you across all the processes and the items created or requested by you across all the case systems you are a part of. It is a one-stop shop that lets you view all your workflow items without having to navigate to the respective flows and save a lot of time.

To open My items, click Items on the top navigation bar.

When you open the My items page, all your workflow items are listed in the left navigation panel. The items are sorted and listed based on how recently they were modified. The most recently modified items are listed on the top. Click on a specific item to open the corresponding process or case system form. After you make any changes, you can close the form to return to the My items page.

You can also apply filters based on the status and due date of your items across the processes and case systems you are associated with.

You can filter the items based on the following statuses from the Status dropdown:

  1. Not started - your items in the Draft status across processes and all statuses under the Not started and Reopened categories across case systems will be listed here.
  2. In progress - your items in the In progress status across processes and all statuses under the In progress category across case systems will be listed here.
  3. Completed - your items in the Completed, Withdrawn, and Rejected statuses across processes and all statuses under the Done and Closed categories across case systems will be listed here.
When you select a specific workflow(process/case system) from the left navigation panel, you will be able to filter the items in the workflow based on the statuses specific to the type of workflow chosen by you.

For example, if you choose a specific process workflow from the left panel, you will see the Draft, In progress, Completed, Rejected, and Withdrawn statuses in the Status dropdown.

Likewise, if you choose a specific case system from the left panel, you will see the Not started, Reopened, In progress, Done, and Closed statuses in the Status dropdown.

Select from one of the filters in the Created field to list items based on when they were created:

  • All - lists all the items
  • Today - lists all the items created the same day
  • Yesterday - lists all the items created the previous day
  • This week - lists all the items created in the current week
  • Last 7 days - lists all the items created in the past 7 days
  • Last 14 days - lists all the items created in the past 14 days
  • Last 30 days - lists all the items created in the past 30 days
  • This month - lists all the items created in the current month

You can also choose the Custom date option to view the items created by you within a specific date range across workflows.
