Dataforms overview

In Kissflow Apps, a dataform is a sort of form that allows you to collect and store data. To put it another way, it allows your users to submit data into your application. As a result, forms become one of the primary points of engagement between your users and your application. Unlike process forms, the dataforms don't have any workflow steps or step assignment logic. Thus, it can be used for simple data capture.

Common dataform examples:

  • Asset request form
  • Warehouse availability form
  • Lead acquisitions form
  • Event participant list
  • New email subscriber form
