A group chat allows you to communicate with three or more members of your organization all at once. Groups are classified into four categories based on varying levels of privacy and accessibility.

  • Instant group. A quick setup group that doesn’t require any configuration to start with and is primarily used for ad-hoc conversations.
  • Open group. Used for general interactions in which members can join directly or request to join.
  • Closed group. Allows closed conversations and external collaboration via the group wall.
  • Secret group. Allows private and discreet communication with selected members.
