Managing processes in PWA

The application dashboard has the following three widgets:
- My tasks
- My items
- My workflows
My tasks
A task is an item that awaits approval or any other action from you. You can view all your ongoing and overdue tasks with the help of this widget. You can also click Show all to get a detailed view of your tasks.
Managing approvals
- Tap the My tasks widget in the dashboard.
- Tap a task from the list.
- Tap Approve if you would like to approve the item.
- Tap More actions if you would like to perform some other action on the item.
- You can now reject, send back, reassign, or withdraw the item as necessary.
Other actions
- Tap the My tasks widget in the dashboard.
- Tap a task card from the list.
- Tap the More options menu in the upper-right corner of the task.
- Tap Progress to view the workflow and the current status of the task.
- Tap the comment icon to leave a comment about the task.
My items
The items initiated by you will be displayed here. You can toggle between the My items and Overdue tabs as necessary.
- Tap the My items widget in the dashboard.
- Tap an item card from the list.
- Tap Withdraw or Reassign based on your preference.
- Tap the More options menu in the upper-right corner of the item to view its progress or duplicate it as necessary.
My workflows
This widget lists all the process workflows where you are the initiator or admin. Tap the plus icon to create a new item. All other actions are the same as the ones in the My tasks and My items widgets respectively.
