Managing processes in PWA

The application dashboard has the following two widgets:

  • My tasks
  • My items

My tasks

A task is an item that awaits approval or any other action from you. You can view all your ongoing and overdue tasks with the help of the My tasks widget on the Home page and add filters based on due dates if you wish. You can also click Show all in the My tasks section to get a detailed list of your tasks.

Managing approvals

  1. Tap the My tasks widget in the dashboard.

  2. Tap a task from the list.

  3. Tap Approve if you would like to approve the item.

  4. Tap More actions if you would like to perform some other action on the item. You can now reject, send back, reassign, or withdraw the item as necessary.

     

Other actions

  1. Tap the My tasks widget in the dashboard.

  2. Tap a task card from the list.

  3. Tap the More options menu in the upper-right corner of the task.

  4. Tap Progress to view the workflow and the current status of the task.

  5. Tap the Comments button () to leave a comment about the task.

     

Tip:

If there isn't any task assigned to you yet, you can always stay updated by subscribing to the app notifications. Learn more on how to manage your email and push notifications here.

My items

The items you initiated will be displayed here, and you can filter them based on status and creation timeline.

  1. Tap the My items widget in the dashboard.
  2. Tap an item card from the list.
  3. Tap Withdraw or Reassign based on your preference.
  4. Tap the More options menu in the upper-right corner of the item to view its progress or duplicate it as necessary.
