Signing in to Kissflow

There are several ways you can access your Kissflow account.

Direct URL

The most direct way to access Kissflow is by entering https://<domain name>.kissflow.com in your browser. Kissflow works best in the most recent versions of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox but also works well on all other popular browsers.

 

On the sign-in page, you can enter the email address and password you set up when you first logged in.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click Forgot Password? to set a new one. Your password should meet the following conditions:

• Include both lower and uppercase characters
• Include at least one number or symbol
• Be at least 8 characters long

Depending on your account settings, you may also have options for signing in with G Suite, Office 365, or other Single Sign-On options.

Via email

Kissflow will send you email notifications based on your notification settings. From these emails, simply click the View on Kissflow button, and you will be taken directly to the item. If you’ve never logged in from that system before, you may be asked to log in again.

If you go to https://kissflow.com, you can click the Login button on the upper-right side. If you are already logged into Kissflow, you will be directed immediately to your Home tab. Otherwise, you will see a pop-up. In the section, Using Kissflow Work Platform?, enter your account domain and click Submit. Then enter your email address and password to log in.

Kissflow extension for Gmail

Access Kissflow from your Gmail by adding the Kissflow for Gmail extension to your Chrome browser. You can view and approve items from this extension. Learn how to configure and use this extension here.

Verifying your email address

Verifying your email address makes your account more secure and lets you receive email notifications on time. Ensure to verify your email address after receiving an invite to join a Kissflow account.

If your verification link has expired, you can choose to resend the verification link from the banner, which will be pinned to the top of your account until you complete the verification process.

Note:
Log in to the email account that's linked with your Kissflow account
Look out for the verification email sent by Kissflow and click the verification link present in the email.

Mobile device

On a mobile device, you can review items from your processes, collaborate with others using group chats, and start chat conversations. Other features are constantly being added.

Mobile browser

To access Kissflow on a mobile device, you can use a browser to go directly to your sign-in page.

Mobile app

Kissflow uses Progressive Web App (PWA) technology rather than a native app. It looks, feels, and functions just like a mobile app, but you never have to worry about updating it.
