UI enhancements in boards

We’re implementing a few UI enhancements in Kissflow Boards to make it easier for you to manage your work and collaborate with your team.
Here’s a rundown of where you can find these enhancements:
- Workflow settings - You can customize colors, add shapes and emojis to represent different statuses.
- Kanban and matrix layouts- You can also access Workflow settings by clicking the More options button (
) beside the status name. From here, you can also delete that particular status from your board.
You can mark an item as closed, set or change assignees and due dates directly from the item card. Additionally, click the More options button (
) to clone an item, copy its link, and delete it.
- Form - When you open an item, you have an option at the top to move it to the closed category directly. Note that the item will be moved to the first status under the closed category when you do this.
In addition, we’ve made a few more exciting UI enhancements to improve the overall user experience and help you interact with your board more efficiently. We will roll out these enhancements tentatively in the first week of May 2023.
